Housing StatisticsThe March 2011 Utah Housing Statistics Report shows that new listings continue to decrease with March down 20.2% and year-to-date at 17.5%. The months supply of inventory continued a 7 month decline and now sits at 9.8 months down 8.9%, the lowest level since March 2008. Sales decreased 8.3% or 250 units, as expected due to exaggerated sales last year during the homebuyer tax credit. Affordability Index has reached 152, a 6% increase!
