home improvementIt’s that time of year again when people begin looking at potential home improvement projects to work on during the summer. Oftentimes these projects are approached strictly from a need perspective, and rightfully so if repairs are in order. But sometimes it’s important to look at these projects from a return on investment approach.

What projects have the best rate of return on the hard earned dollars you’ll spend?

Well, Remodel Magazine has the answers you seek in their Cost vs Value

The report takes a look at many of the most popular home improvement projects ranging from basement remodel (72.2% cost recouped) to roofing replacement (59.5%).
