Leadership

I was invited this morning to come present some thoughts on leadership to the new leadership team at the Cache/Rich Association of REALTORS in Logan, Utah. I took a slightly different tact this time around and presented a couple of key ideas supported with some neat video clips from YouTube.

Here’s what we did:

Leadership –

WHAT IS IT?

“I like to say that good leaders are environmentalists. Their responsibility is to create an environment in which everyone flourishes.

EVERYONE can exert that kind of leadership.”

– Lee Cockerell

WHAT HOLDS US BACK?

HOW DO WE OVERCOME THESE DANGEROUS MINDSETS?

YOU HAVE TO RELY ON YOUR TEAM!

DON’T EVER FORGET – IT’S NOT ABOUT YOU!

We had a great time discussing leadership and these videos. I hope they get you thinking about your perspectives on leadership as well.
